Tasting Note
This wine has been sourced from Orange in NSW. Orange is a new viticultural region, but it has shown great promise over the recent years. The vineyard is situated approximately 880 metres above sea level and the cool growing climate contributes towards the complexity and elegance of the wine.
The bouquet is vibrant with an array of fresh lime, lemon and apricot aromas. The wine is refreshing with zingy, lively acidity. Flavours of lime and rose water abound on a delicate yet generous palate. The wine finishes with great length and has beautiful fruit balance and persistence. |
