Tasting Note
This wine has been sourced from one of our family owned vineyards in Orange NSW. Orange is a new viticultural region, but it has shown great promise over the recent years. The property is situated approximately 950 metre above sea level and the cool growing climate contributes towards the complexity and elegance of the wines.

Stylistically we have produced a wine that fits between  New Zealand and the Loire.  The nose has lovely steely, elegant passionfruit characters, with a little bit of grassiness. The palate is very fresh and crisp, however  it is open and approachable. Citrus and herbaceous characters fill out the flavour profile, with zesty acids adding length and structure.
